PROSPECTIVE VENDORS INFO

Thank you for your interest in the Santa Fe Farmers’ Market!

Our vendors may only sell LOCAL agricultural products at the SFFM.

The local area refers to the counties of Santa Fe, Rio Arriba, Los Alamos, Taos, Mora, San Miguel, Sandoval, Torrance, McKinley, San Juan, Guadalupe, Harding, Colfax, Union, and De Baca.

We are currently accepting new vendors in the following Primary Product categories only, pending approval by
Jury Committee:
• Produce
• Soil Enhancement
•Meat
• Eggs
• Dairy
• Honey
• Nursery
• Processed Foods (This category is a value-added category, and open slots for membership are rare –
when our membership percentages allow for a new vendor in this category, the SFFM Board of
Directors carefully reviews all potential processed foods vendors and determines which products
enhance the market overall). All processed foods must be in compliance with our Rules & Regulations.
We are NOT currently accepting vendors who primarily want to sell Crafts or Herbal, Therapeutic and Toiletry products.

___________________________

There are 3 markets available to approved SFFM members.

The Saturday market in the Railyard runs year-round.
These are the dates of our ancillary markets:
• Tuesday Morning Markets in the Railyard: May – December
• Santa Fe Farmers’ Market Del Sur (on the Southside, Tuesday afternoons): July – September

More detail regarding these markets will be provided to you once you have been approved as a SFFM
member.

Please read through the SFFM Rules & Regulations carefully.

Of particular note is: There are a finite number of total spaces in the Market. Therefore, at peak times, a cap may be imposed by Market Management, which will be based on Member seniority. Very junior members may be directed not to attend Saturdays and to attend other Market days during such peak times.

Market Management will always do our best to accommodate everyone, but during peak season, there may
not be spaces available for our newest members. We encourage new members to participate in our ancillary
markets.
